Maelezo ya bidhaa
Boiler ya makaa ya mawe (pia huitwa boiler ya makaa ya mawe) hutumiwa sana kutoa nishati ya mafuta kwa kuchoma makaa ya mawe ambayo hutiwa ndani ya chumba cha mwako. Makaa ya mawe yanaweza kutoa gharama ya chini ya kufanya kazi ukilinganisha na mafuta mengine kama mafuta au gesi asilia. Boiler yetu ya makaa ya mawe ina sifa za ufanisi mkubwa, kuokoa nishati, udhibiti uliojumuishwa, usanidi rahisi na operesheni salama.
Boilers za makaa ya mawe ya DZL Series imeundwa mahsusi na kuboreshwa ili kutoa shinikizo la chini au maji ya moto na uwezo wa uvukizi uliokadiriwa kutoka tani 1 hadi 45/hr na shinikizo lililokadiriwa kutoka 0.7 hadi 1.6 MPa. Ufanisi wa joto wa muundo wa boilers za makaa ya mawe ya DZL ni hadi 81 ~ 82%. Boilers hizi za makaa ya mawe hufunika sehemu kubwa ya soko katika ndani na nje ya nchi.
Vipengee:
1. Uso mzuri wa joto na kifaa cha kuchoma, ufanisi wa joto ni 4% ~ 5% ya juu kuliko kiwango cha kitaifa.
2. Kasi ya gesi ya flue inayofaa, uso wa kupokanzwa bila uwekaji wa majivu na hakuna abrasion, chini ya hali ya kutokwa na soot, boiler inaweza kufanya kazi kamili, ufanisi mkubwa na usalama kwa muda mrefu.
3. Tanuru kubwa na ndefu ya boiler inaweza kubuniwa kulingana na mafuta tofauti ili kuboresha kiwango cha kuchoma mafuta na kuondoa moshi mweusi.
4. Mtindo wote wa kujitegemea na boiler ya makaa ya mawe yenye busara imeundwa mahsusi na kupitishwa kwa boilers ya maji ya moto. Kasi ya kati katika kitanzi cha uso wa joto ni kubwa kuliko kiwango cha kitaifa
5. 1-20T/H & 0.7-14MW Boiler Kuchukua Nguvu Kubwa na Nguvu ya Juu, Ongeza Kifaa kinachoboresha inaboresha usalama wa boilers, kupunguza uvujaji wa makaa ya mawe na kurekebisha moto kwa urahisi.
6. Zaidi ya 20T/H & 14MW Boiler Applow aina ya flake au aina ya boriti ya mnyororo, kuvuja kwa makaa ya mawe, marekebisho rahisi ya kuchoma. Kusafisha kwa soot iliyofungwa Epuka uchafuzi wa pili na kuokoa muda na kazi.
7. Kutengana kwa vumbi kwa njia ya manyoya kunaweza kupunguza mkusanyiko wa gesi ya kutolea nje na kupunguza abrasion ya uso wa joto wa nyuma.
8. Muundo wa Compact hufanya kiasi chake cha ufungaji kuwa ndogo kuliko aina zingine za boilers, itafupisha kipindi cha ufungaji na gharama ya chini ya chumba cha boiler.
9. Faida kubwa ya kiasi cha maji kwa ulinzi wa nguvu, uwezo wa juu unaofaa kwa mabadiliko ya mzigo.
